DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS FOR CUSTOM FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS?

Absolutely! We love collaborating with our clients to bring their vision to life.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially for weddings and large events. Generally, at least 1 year in advance is ideal.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We'll do our best to accommodate any changes you need, but please keep in mind that last-minute changes may be subject to availability.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?

Yes, we offer delivery services within our service area.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER A DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING?

Yes, we recommend picking up/delivering the day of for maximum freshness. However, if needed early, keep them in a cool place away from any direct heat source.

CAN I CHANGE MY PICK-UP/DELIVERY TIME/LOCATION?

Yes, changes must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

HOW MUCH OF A DEPOSIT IS DUE?

We require a 30% nonrefundable deposit. $5k minimum for full service wedding and events, $1k for A La Carte orders

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require a 30-day notice in advance for cancellations.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

The balance is to be paid in full one week before the event.

WHAT ARE YOUR FORMS OF PAYMENT?

We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

You can place your order anytime up until 4 weeks before your wedding date.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY A LA CARTE ORDER?

In order to keep the process streamlined and affordable, unfortunately, we do not offer customizations.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

In order to keep the process streamlined and affordable, unfortunately, we do not allow changes to your order after it has been placed.

WILL MY BOUQUET LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?

Flowers are unique and vary depending on the time of year. Your bouquet will be made uniquely for you.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT A BIG BOUQUET?

Many brides choose the bridesmaid bouquet for a more understated option.

HOW DO A LA CARTE ORDERS CONTRIBUTE TO CHARITY?

A portion of every A La Carte order is donated on a monthly basis to Sarah's Inn and Hephzibah Children Association, organizations dedicated to empowering individuals and supporting children in need. Your purchase helps us give back and make a meaningful impact in our community.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY WEDDING FLORAL ESTIMATE?

Your wedding estimate will be sent to your email 1-2 weeks after your consultation. Please expect delays during wedding season.

No minimums at this time!

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

3 days maximum.

WHEN CAN THE RENTALS BE PICKED UP?

We will set up an appointment with you with our dates and hours of availability when you book a rental.

CAN I PICK UP/DROP OFF MY RENTALS ON A SUNDAY?

Yes, we actually prefer it!

DO YOU DELIVER RENTALS?

No, we ask that you come and pick up your rentals from our storefront location.

CAN YOU PICK UP RENTALS?

Yes, we can!

WHAT HAPPENS IF A RENTAL GETS DAMAGED, GOES MISSING, OR RETURNED AFTER THE RENTAL PERIOD?

You will be charged the full retail value on the card provided for the CC authorization.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE RENTALS PRIOR TO RETURNING THEM?

No need to! If the rentals require excessive cleaning, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $40/hr.

Rental Cancellation/Changes

WHAT HAPPENS IF A RENTAL GETS DAMAGED, GOES MISSING, OR RETURNED AFTER THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Yes, you can cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the event. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Yes, you can make changes as long as it is 2 weeks prior to the event.
