How soon should I book my appointment with a wedding florist?
We recommend booking a consultation about 12-14 months prior to your wedding date. This will allow us to have enough time to shop around for the best high-quality, affordable products.
How long will a wedding floral consultation take?
A wedding consultation can take anywhere from half an hour to one hours. This all depends on the quantity of floral arrangements needed for the special day, the time it takes to go over a questionnaire, and discussing budget friendly suggestions (if needed) to meet our client's needs.
What should I bring to my consultation?
We kindly ask all our amazing brides and or grooms to bring inspiration photos and their valuable consultation time. We are very detail-oriented, and therefore expect to be here for awhile to help us learn your aesthetic. This will allow us to translate your wedding flower dreams into a reality!
Do you offer delivery, set-up and take-down serviceS?
Yes! We will provide an itemized quote for each of those services. Clients can decide if they are interested in one or all of those services.
Should I have my dress purchased before my floral wedding consultation?
Not necessarily, but we do believe the style of the wedding gown can reflect the style of the bouquet that would look best.
Can I rent products or purchase flowers only?
Yes! We believe this is a great, budget-friendly tip and would be particularly well-suited for our DIY-ers.
Are the arrangements made a day before? how are they stored?
All special event flowers are ordered a week before the event, picked up three days before the event, and put together one day before the event. They are treated and stored in a professional-grade florist cooler to ensure freshness and longevity.
How much of a deposit is due?
We require a 30% deposit that is nonrefundable.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 30 day notice in advance for cancellations.
When is the balance due?
The balance is to be paid in full one week before the event.
What are your forms of payment?
We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
How soon can I expect to receive my wedding floral estimate?
Your wedding estimate will be sent to your email 1-2 week(s) after your consultation. Please expect delays during wedding season.
Do you have a wedding minimum?
Yes, we will require a $5, 000 for a 2023 full-service wedding and $1,000 for personals.
Do you offer flower arrangements and delivery?
No, we are currently only specializing in special events.
