2. Meet & Greet

We will follow up with our availability and a consultation date where we can go into detail about your vision and budget for your event.

3. Custom Proposal

We will curate a custom proposal that outlines your vision, goals, and priorities for your event, as well as our recommendations.

4. Making the investment

Once you review our custom proposal and want to book with us, we will require a 30% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is paid one week prior to your event date.

5. You're booked!

Yay, it's official! You can check 'florist' off your to-do list! We will keep an open line of communication with you about any changes or questions as the date of your event gets closer.

6. Personal attention

We know things can change along the way, and that's why we allow you to make revisions to your proposal up to one month before your event day at our final walkthrough. During this meeting, we will finalize all of the special details about your day!

Our team pushes boundaries and curates original concepts where we create a cohesive design strategy that showcases your story and aspects of the day. During this step, you can sit back and relax while we do the designing!

Our team will be in place to oversee every aspect of the day so you don't have to lift a finger! We ensure orders, contracts, and schedules are on time to make sure everything is PERFECT at your event. We even provide an extra level of service to ensure that a seamless load-in, set-up, and tear-down plan is set.

Hello! My name is Tatiana Diaz, and I am the Owner of and Lead Designer at Thrive Floral Designs. My passion for modern design and 12 years of experience in the landscaping industry have given me a window of opportunity to express my creativity and develop my craft through flowers. My father, a professional landscaper, has greatly influenced my love for and knowledge of flowers. My floral artistry is inspired by my atmosphere, whether I'm walking down a garden and observing the structure of organically grown flowers, traveling to a different country and embracing different colors and textures, or being inspired by modern decor trends. I would be honored to curate the perfect floral design for your event.


Hello! I'm Crystal Diaz, the sister of Tatiana and the Event Producer for Thrive Floral Designs. Working alongside my father in the landscaping business taught me so much about everything from flowers to plants to nature in general. Whether on a large or small scale, I love working closely with nature and picking up on its patterns and teachings. I'm also passionate about small businesses, and I enjoy bringing my unique creativity and attention to detail to Thrive. I'm a proud mother of two and I love taking care of my own plant babies, too!

Hello! I'm Lizbeth, and I am a sister-in-law to the Diaz family. Central to my values is my love of teamwork. When it's done right, it's even more beautiful than flowers to me! I have a passion for collaborating with designers on a project and helping bring it to fruition in the most beautiful way possible. When I'm not working, I enjoy family time, playing volleyball, and flexing my creative muscles by creating pretty things wherever I can.

Hello! I'm Korayma, and I'm Tatiana's goddaughter. Nothing brings me more happiness than being part of a Thrive, a community that is so passionate about nature, flowers, and the people they serve. My job is straightforward and crucial to the success of your event: ensuring that all of the elements arrive on time and safely! Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, and I am always laughing about something.
